Key Challenges and
How I Solve
Problem
The previous recruitment process was complex, leading to user frustration and incomplete applications. Potential drivers needed a streamlined way to provide their information without feeling overwhelmed.
Solution
-
Designed a multi-step application form that divided the process into manageable sections (Personal Info, Address, Driver’s License, etc.).
-
Added a progress bar to show users their completion percentage, reducing drop-offs.
-
Implemented real-time validation to ensure users didn’t need to revisit steps due to errors.
Result:
The new process reduced form abandonment by 40%, and applicants completed the process 25% faster.
